PTFE Cast Film Laminated Belts & Fabrics

FIBERFLON developed FIBERLAM - PTFE Cast Film Laminated Composites for applications in the food industry requiring superior release properties, excellent dimensional stability and thermal conductivity and flexibility at continuous working temperatures up to +260 °C for contact grill belt and flour tortilla applications.

Above photo (left) shows lamination of uniform film thickness over on both sides of FIBERLAM RB30. Special formulated fluoropolymer multilayer cast barrier film brings unique properties to this composite such as long-lasting release and wicking properties for extend useful life. Other photo (right) shows FIBERLAM RB30 belt at operation in a contact grill machine.

FIBERFLON's unique process of laminating a multilayer PTFE cast film on a fluoropolymer coated substrate produces a pinhole and crack-free surface. Cast film lamination technology prevents oil and fat penetration to substrate. FIBERLAM products are highly resistant to bacteria contamination and can be cleaned easily thanks to excellent non-stick surface property. Fiberflon cast PTFE film laminated belts successfully performs on contact grill machines such as Formcook, Berief and others.
