FIBERFLON, a global leader in the development and manufacture of advanced fluoropolymer-coated fabrics, laminates, and high-temperature belts, is thrilled to announce the availability of PTFE-coated open-mesh belting products in a maximum width of 5250 mm (207 inches). Our latest state-of-the-art large-width coating tower has commenced production of belting materials at this maximum width, opening doors to new markets within the textile, non-woven, composite industries and dryer machine manufacturers.
The range of open-mesh products in the 5250mm (207 inches) width includes mesh sizes such as 4x4, 2x2, 4x4 double fill, 2x2 double fill, and 2x4 double fill. Additionally, the new coating tower will soon introduce closed woven heavy belting products, serving to industries with rigorous demands such as flooring, composites, non-woven, and textile.

The acclaimed multi-ply belt, FIBERLAM 141BX2PLY-1P, operates flawlessly within double belt press machines such as IPCO / TPS, Schott & Meissner for the across numerous industries.
FIBERLAM Multi-Ply laminated PTFE (Teflon) belts are available as seamless units, boasting an impeccably smooth joint, or with specially prepared belt ends for on-site welding. The Prime Surface application uniformly seals the complete PTFE coating, revolutionizing FIBERLAM multi-ply belts by endowing them with exceptional resistance to abrasion and effortless material release.
