16.08.2021- FIBERFLON manufactures widest fluoropolymer film laminated multi-ply PTFE conveyor belt in the world!

FIBERFLON manufactures multi-ply PTFE conveyor belts up to 3.5 meters wide (138”) with Prime Surface (additional fluoropolymer film laminated at entire width of the belt). Fluoropolymer film laminated multi-ply belt FIBERLAM 141BX2PLY-1P successfully works in double belt press machines at many companies. FIBERLAM Multi Ply laminated PTFE (Teflon) belts can be supplied as endless with a very smooth joint or specially prepared belt ends for on-site welding. The Prime Surface seals the entire surface of PTFE coating evenly. This special technique was formulated to enrich the qualities of the FIBERLAM multi-ply belts to show extraordinary resistance to abrasion and easy release.

07.05.2013 - FIBERFLON SUCCESSFULLY AUDITED ISO 9001:2008

TUV NORD CERT GmbH has audited FIBERFLON for the ISO 9001 Certificate and has extended Fiberflon's certificate from April 15, 2013 until April 14, 2016. This shows that Fiberflon has a well working Quality system and our customers can trust that the ways of working are well defined and are systematically followed by employees.

01.01.2013 - UPCOMING EVENTS IN 2013

Fiberflon will be exhibiting at ITM/2013 from May,29th to June,1st in Istanbul, TECHTEXTIL from June,11th to June,13th in Frankfurt and K'2013 from October,16th to October,23rd in Düsseldorf.

22.04.2010 - New York / Red Bull Arena

Fiberflon produced and supplied translucent roofing material recently opened New York / Red Bull Arena stadium roof's  leading edge. Fiberflon Product Type 04683L has been choosen by architects for excellent translucency property as well as for other projects such as Robina Stadium in Australia.

Fiberflon manufacture and sell heat-sealing irons for welding of PTFE coated glass fabrics. NEW: Fiberflon recently start to manufacture and supply tackers for PTFE belt fabrication. It helps to fix joints, edge reinforcements before welding with heat-sealing iron or welding press.
