SILICONE BAKING MAT is a liner made of silicone and fiberglass which replaces the need for parchment paper. The mat serves a double-duty; baking process and rolling out sticky dough or candies. The non-stick surface allows baked goods to slide off the mat after baking without the need for a spatula. Some of standard sizes – 400 mm x 300 mm – 585 mm x 285 mm. FLEXIL® non-stick molds have been specifically designed for bread-bakers. The molds are produced in various forms, ideal for baking bread in any desired shape. These perforated baking molds are produced with high-quality silicone and fiberglass that is safe to be in direct contact with food. The perforated design allows optimum heat transfer. This results in evenly baked, perfectly cooked, crunchy breads that can easily release from the mold.
