Fiberflon specializes in manufacturing multilayer PTFE Cast Films, with MR1 and MR2 designed as release films for high-temperature vacuum bagging applications. These films, suitable for direct resin contact, impart a glossy surface finish to the molded part. With an impressive elongation of 500%, they easily conform to intricate shapes. Standard thicknesses include 25 microns (MR1) and 50 microns (MR2), while the standard width is 1220 mm (maximum 1350 mm upon request). Available colors: Clear, Red, and Blue.
